Breezy Hill Water & Sewer Co., Inc. is still asking customers to turn off their irrigation systems and refrain from washing vehicles, driveways or performing other non-essential activities that require water.
Four of our companies thirteen wells are in operation thanks to the hard work from the power companies. Our main source of water production is our water treatment plant, which is still running on generator power. Our twelve water tanks are now 95% full or greater.
Breezy Hill Water & Sewer Co. Inc. is trying to get everything running at 100 % before water restrictions will be lifted.
Clearwater boil water advisory has been lifted as of 10/01/2024. Samples collected throughout this portion of our system have been analyzed and are free of any contamination.
You may occasionally observe some of our tanks overflowing but rest assured, we are continuously riding around checking the levels. As soon as one overflows, we are turning the supply to a different portion of the system to allow for that tank to stop overflowing and to supply a different tank. This is due to still not having power everywhere allowing us to remotely monitor those tank levels.
Our office returned to normal business hours yesterday and personnel are available to assist with any request you may have regarding our water system.
If you experience loss of water, notice any leaks or tanks overflowing, please contact our office at 803-663-6455 ext.2 or call emergency line at 803-645-0272.
Sincerely,
Russell Smith
