Office Update
January 23, 2025
Breezy Hill Water & Sewer Co., Inc. Operations Update
Due to weather and road conditions, and for the safety of our staff and customers, our office will open 1-hour later than normal on Thursday, January 23, 2025. We will be open by 9:30 AM.
Bill Payment options are available on our website or through PAYA.
Please call (803) 663-6455 if you need immediate assistance.
Due to the low temperatures expected over the next few days, we wanted to issue a few quick reminders regarding frozen water line protection.
- Ensure pipes are insulated and do not have anything on them that may hold moisture creating another freezing point.
- Disconnect outdoor hose pipes.
- Set faucets to a small, steady drip. A constant flowing stream is not required. This helps to conserve water while preventing freezing.
- Drip the faucet farthest from your home’s main water valve.
- You do not have to drip every faucet, one or two is typically sufficient.
- It is also beneficial to drip at least one faucet from the hot water side.
- Please ensure irrigation systems are turned off.
- Locate your home's emergency water shut off valve.
- Ensure water heaters are insulated, both tankless and standard if they are outside.
- Please stay alert to your surroundings, changing weather conditions, local weather and news stations.
- We will also post any other pertinent alerts related to our system on our website.
